Loch Spynie

Loch Spynie Nature Reserve Volunteering

The Aberdeen and District RSPB Local Members Group are hosting a work party at Loch Spynie on 14 October 2017. We will be burning cut willow on the north-east fen as part of the work to improve the habitat in this area. All Welcome. Please contact David White (07733288237 or david.white82@btopenworld.com) to confirm if you are coming.

If you can’t make the above work party, there will be more regular volunteering opportunities coming up at Loch Spynie. There will be plenty of habitat work in the north-east fen to complete and many hands make light work! If you are interested in future work parties, as a general reserve volunteer or even as a pin badge volunteer, please contact Lorna Dow on 07793 170563 or Lorna.Dow@rspb.org.uk and I’ll let you know what’s coming up.
